Summer 2009 News Letter
Summer is here, sun is shining, birdies are falling in everywhere. Glencoe Country Club is having
another busy summer with lots of people playing more rounds of golf and our event schedule is
filling up. In a year that our membership is down a little, Glencoe Country Club’s tee sheet is fuller
than this time last year. This could be a result of the golf course being in great shape once again.
Glencoe Country Club is offering great deals on buy on get one free promotion, once you buy a
round of 9 or 18 holes, GCC will give you a coupon for buy one get one free that is good for the
rest of the year.
A huge promotion coming to Glencoe Country Club is on Sat. Aug 1st. GCC is promoting “Two Bit
Recession Golf Day”. This means 18 Holes of golf, starting after 1pm that Sat., will cost only .25
cents! Golf carts must be pruchased at regular prices. GCC is also having beer and burger
specials that day promoted by Budweiser. Tee times will be available for that Sat starting on Wed.
July 29th.
